Once you place your order on andreslamarche.com, you should receive an email to confirm your order.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders will ship from the USA, within 1 to 3 business days from when the order is placed and payment received.

 

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. Tracking for USPS shipments may only be available up until the package arrives at its final US stop (typically Chicago for USPS shipments) before it is transferred to an overseas flight. UPS shipments generally have ongoing tracking even after the package leaves the US.

PInternational transit usually averages 1 week but can take longer in some instances if delayed in customs or the country has incoming bottle necks due to COVID.
