Refund policy

Fine art prints are quite fragile so please unpack carefully and retain all packaging. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in case any print is damaged due to customer’s error. If you think the print is damaged by Customs, please take photos of the damages and label or sticker attached by Customs during the inspection and send the photos via email, then a new print will be shipped to you.

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on AndresLamarche.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.  Please note -ANDRESLAMARCHE.com does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality as mentioned in the previous paragraph.
